There is item in collection on my credit report. The collection agency is called - -. Its for $230.00 owed to -. I have never had - account. I live in - and we do not have - here. I have been trying to get copy of the invoice or some sort of documentation or proof of this invoice. - is giving me run around. This has been going on since end - 2015. I am at my wits end because I do n't know what to do. My daughter lives in - and has - account. Maybe its from her, she still has - and she knows nothing about this invoice. This is affecting my credit score which I have been working very hard to improve.
