There are a few transactions at issue, all of which I brought to the attention of Barclay 's - month ago, on -/-/15, and about which I have repeatedly written them, without receiving a single substantive response or explanation for why these charges are on my card. First, on -/-/15, - transactions appear on my account. - of them, for ( - $30.00 ) from -, is correct. That was a merchant refund ( minus shipping costs ) for a $35.00 purchase I made at - on -/-/15. However, the - transaction listed on my account on -/-/15, a POSITIVE charge of $30.00 to -, is incorrect. I never made any purchase for $30.00 on -/-/15. Second, on -/-/15, - transactions appear on my account. Again, - of them, for ( - $42.00 ) from -, is correct. That was a merchant refund for a purchase made on -/-/15, for $42.00. However, there are - further POSITIVE charges to - listed on -/-/15 for $42.00. This is incorrect. I did not make - purchases of $42.00 on -/-/15. As I stated above, I have tried repeatedly to have this issue resolved. Barclay 's promised me a resolution within 7-10 business

However, the - charges at issue are not listed as temporary authorizations on my Barclay 's account. Rather, they are listed as completed purchases on my most recent monthly statement, for which Barclay 's has demanded payment by - -, 2015. To repeat : there are - mistaken purchase transactions on my account, totaling $110.00 - $30.00 + $42.00 + $42.00 - for which Barclay 's is demanding payment. Barclay 's has failed to provide any substantive response to my dispute of these transactions, except to give me empty promises that they will contact me. I have, to this date, received no oral or written explanation or justification for these charges, despite raising the issue with them multiple times, starting on -/-/15. And finally, the merchant, -, agrees with me that I do not owe the amounts charged. I thank you in advance for your help.
