Online Account Information with US Bank does NOT provide customer 's current interest rate information. This information is only offered on paper statements ( or PDF images of same ). If banks want to move to paperless systems the customer should be able to view ALL the data that is provided on paper statements and should not be required to make a special request for it to be mailed. It makes no sense. Thank you!
