I opened a Mortgage loan with National City - in -. National City sold the loan to PNC Mortgage. After becoming - in - in -, I went through a nasty divorce and was forced to declare bankruptcy. The PNC loan was discharged in my bankruptcy. According to PNC records, PNC then sold the loan to - - - - - on -/-/-.after the - bankruptcy discharge. - has been reporting a balance on the loan falsely which I was recently able to reverse. PNC is still listing ownership of the loan on my - credit report. This means that my credit report has been wrongly reported as having - separate mortgages. - for - and - for PNC.when infact there was only -. I disputed the reports with all - credit beaureaus. - still reports - mortgages. I have contacted : - PNC Mortgage to request the removal of the inaccurate report to all credit agencies, since this error has caused me to suffer unfairly. Pnc each time told - that the information was correct even though thier own records show that they no longer have ownership if the mortgage.
