My husband and I opened an account with SunTrust and three days later could not get access to the account. We called SunTrust and they told us that they could not tell us why our account closed and that we needed to call the fraud department. The fraud department looked - of us up and told us that nothing was flagged on our account and that they saw not reason as to why our account got closed. Next, we went into an actual brand and again were told that they could not tell us exactly why our account got closed and when we would get our money back. Every time we talk to someone they tell us that they ca n't give us a time when we will get *ALL* of our money back. This is ridiculous and no one will help us.
