I will mail you all this I am having problems with - banks and thier debit cards due too the theft of my wallet wich i filed a police report and did every thing they asked of me, The - banks are - of -, IN. -. Wich I have already filed a complaint with the OCC. the -. they rewferd me too you. the other banking issue is with COMERICA BANK. which finances the debit card by DIRECT E-PRESS debit card program. - - - -, T-. -. This is the - I am wishing you will help me with now and I am mailing some papers.pertaining to this dipute which they refuse to honer their phone is - dispute # - I have done every thing they have asked even sent copies of pertinent paperwork by certified mail. they have always given me the runaround. even going as far as giving me a fax number which they said they did not receive. I faxed it again, all at my exspence. then when I called them again another representative on the phone said they do not accept faxes and that fax # is not used often and is more than likely thrown away. All this I beleive was to wear me down make me give up. and also to burn up the time ( 90 ) days I had to make my complaint. how can they make legal decisions like that when their is a warrant for the person I named in police report and the with drawls from account was made all in a short period of time ( 2 ) days I believe. I called - they said they do not handle this and I would have to call number on back of card ( runaround again, wasting my time again ). please try and help.
