U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
US Bank - credit card charges a $75.00 annual fee, and the main reason i paid for this fee is because the card provides a benefit ( last night free on point stays, when booking - or more nights -. This benefit was taken away, and no refund of my fee has been offered. I 've asked and have been told that they can not refund the fee. I paid the fee based on this benefit, and want to cancel my card now as this was taken away. I want my fee returned -.
