Good evening, I 'm constantly receiving mail and phone calls from Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC in reference to a credit card that I have no recollection of. What 's troubling is, it 's the same lady calling every time. The Merchant is - - - in which I had a checking account but I had poor credit then so I do n't recall having had a credit card from this bank. However, this account is past ten years now. I 've been harrassed for almost five years by the same woman. The bottom of the letter even states Because of the age of your debt, we will not sue you for it and we will not report it to any crefit reporting agency '' How can I get them to stop harrassing me or can I sue them or her for emotional distress?
