The company - American Express - continued to call my cell phone as much as - times a day, - and - included, regarding someone else 's account for months after I complained to them - and they admitted - that their issue was with another customer, not me. Repeated promises to stop the dunning calls were dishonored. No one at AE ever stopped the harrassment, even after many promises over months and multiple attempts to work with them.
