I have a care credit card account which I use solely for my dog when she has - ( - ). I had my account down to $1900.00 and when I went to make my usual $100.00 payment today, my balance has shot up to over $2500.00! I was shocked and called and their answer was that the payments ( when CALLED IN ) you can verify which deferred purchase I would like the money to be credited to. I have had this account for YEARS and have been making payments that I assumed was going towards the oldest deferment. To my shock and disgust, it was not and literally it is entrapment, then they tacked on $580.00 which should of been avoided due to my bigger than suggested payments. It is extremely unfair, she admitted to me that this information is NOT on the statement, nor website where I make my payments. obviously, had they told me, this would of been avoided all together. I was furious when I did get her to tell me that there was - purchase that was deferred and only had a balance of $27.00 but unless I called and told them this was


and I want care credit to know my eyes are wide open and from now on I will call them every payment made and keep - of their people busy telling me any and all purchases and when the maturity date is so I can finally,,, after three years of wasted $100.00 payments not getting properly credited, now I know why I ca n't seem to make any headway with this account. I recently went paperless assuming all the proper information regarding my account would be listed and it is not. Very unhappy with this situation.
