Other (phone, health club, etc.) False statements or representation Indicated committed crime not paying California
Respected Sir, I Vacated an Apartment in - and while I was staying there on Notice period, no one came for Inspection on premise. When I vacated I got a huge bill of - PLUS -, Stating proper notice was not given and lease was broken. But when I reminded about my submission of my employer letter, they then reduced the amount. Then again in the new bill, they mentioned they replaced kitchen counter top and charged me, which was fine when I left. Then I asked for proof like photo, which was not sent. Then National credit system called me as a collector for debt and I mailed - that I DISPUTE claim, still they went ahead with collection agency. Collection agency mentioned if out of -, I owe I pay - ( minus countertop ) they will not report to credit beaureu and I paid that. Inspite of that, now when went with home purchase, to my surprise, because of remark from National Credit system my loan was rejected to low credit score.I called national credit system then told If I pay remaining another - USD to settle in full they will remove it. Still now I can see
have Disputed the claim, how was this handed over to National Credit system. Why did national credit system say that once I pay for amount minus Countertop replacement which was a dispute, they will not put in credit report and still went ahead and put that. Also now also they are not removing it from my credit report affecting my home purchase and interest rates. Also - reduced the final bill - accepting that original bill was incorrect so is this not means to extort money, if they is no resistance. I have full faith in truthfulness and American Justice so please help me.
