In the later part of - 2015, I telephoned TransUnion Credit Bureau Agency, located in -, PA. -, who has violated my Fair Credit Rights. More importantly, TransUnion Credit Bureau Agency, is not willing to resolve their wrongdoing or for misleading, filing a falsified dispute to - - - - The initial purpose of my telephone call to TransUnion Credit Bureau Agency, in the - place, was to discuss - wrongful inquiries regarding - - bank, who wrongfully pulled - credit reports on me unknowingly. While I was on the telephone with the TransUnion Credit Bureau Agency Agent in - 2015, I simply asked a question regarding my FAIR CREDIT ACT RIGHTS. I specifically, asked the agent from TransUnion Credit Agency to not dispute my LONG STANDING GOOD CREDIT TRADE-LINE I HAD WITH - - BANK, - - - -. I repeat, I simply asked the agent how long does a trade-line stay on your credit file if it is in good-standing without any negativity. The agent replied 10 years. Instead of the TransUnion Credit Bureau Agency following the FAIR CREDIT ACT, she put in a frivolous falsified dispute and caused by good standing trade-line with - - - -


spoke with many agents, agents from - as well. I am now being hung up on, on numerous occasions. Just today I placed a phone call into TransUnion Credit Bureau an - agent from the special handling department by the name of - stated he could not help me because of the complexity regarding the frivolous, misleading dispute sent in to - Bank - - - He then transferred me to a special handling agent in the United States. The phone call was then dropped. Again, I was hung up on. This has been a consist pattern of TransUnion Credit Bureau Agency, since - -, 2015. After speaking with - Credit Bureau Agency today, located in - Ga. The agents name is - his identification number is -. He stated to me - never received a dispute from me, but what age - did inform me of was that TransUnion Credit Agency Bureau, data analysis department encoded into the UNIVERSAL DATA, who is the furnisher to all major credit agencies. This is how - received the frivolous, misleading dispute and deleted the good standing trade-line from my credit report before the 10 year law, regarding THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT. I would appreciate having this matter investigated thoroughly for that I am a - woman living off of a fixed income with a child. My credit score on - -, 2015 was -, now it has dropped tremendously due to TransUnion Credit Bureau Agency filing a frivolous, misleading dispute that I never initiated. I requested documentation, but was not given the right to receive who entered the frivolous, misleading dispute. My credit score has been damaged. I seek a resolution as well as the good standing trade-line reinstated back onto my credit file, so that I can continue to build my credit score and move on with my life. This has been going on since - -, 2015.
