I just got a notice from a debt collector claim I owe $120.00 but I can settle for $44.00. I dropped sprint in 2006 for bad service and bill was paid. Also, there is a statue of limitations. I do not owe this debt and it should be on my credit report. This company has not verified the debt. Also, the debt collector did not address what to do if this debt was not valid.
