I have been a royal credit card member with Capital one bank, so I made a call to the capital one customer service to upgrade my regular capital one card to the - card One day, I went to the Capital one bank located in - - -, NY to ask the banker the status of my update. She asked me to help her open a capital one checking account, which I said ok. Then she told me that I will receive a new credit in a few days. Several days later I got the card, but instead of receiving only - quicksilver card, I got -. Basically the banker applied a new one for me. I tried to call the branch, but the branch manager was always busy, and my credit score dropped by - points. When I converted my card, the representative told me that I should n't have any points dropped since I did not apply for a new card. One day, I finally got a hold with the branch manager -. He told me that he is going to investigate and call me back, but now its almost been a year, I still have n't heard anything from him.
