Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Sued w/o proper notification of suit Alabama

Portfolio Recovery Associates, - - -, Virginia - -/-/2015 my - - account was seized and all my funds were taking up to $900.00. I checked my online banking and seen where -, - - - - - - - had taking all my funds. So, went to my locate branch and i was dumbfounded of what was going on. So, i called the attorney office they advice i was being sued by pra collections. after two weeks i recieved papers from - - where they had seized my accts and why. so, i went to my located court house to set a complaint and set a court date. well, my court date arrive and the judge stated i could n't get my funds back. this credit card i had when i first went to college. i was young and but this was i how survived. well after court the judge state i make a settlement with pra collectons. i called the attorney office and the no longer had the acct so i called pra collections they told me to call the attorney office bc they could n't speak with me about the matter. it was in the legal dept hands. so i was giving the run around. i want a lawsuit against pra for not informing me and the false information gaiving to me and the stress they have cause
