my mother moved in - homes in -/-/- or -/-/-, she is a - patient an at the time could n't stay alone so i moved with her pregnant and could n't work at the time i was told being over the age of - i had to sign the lease as well, later in the months my mother told me to leave her home, after wards she moved out months later, me not knowing she owes anything, now i am trying to get an apartment but national credit is saying i owe as well as my mom - dollars she is living on - and cant afford the debit but its stopping me from getting an apartment because they keep denying my disputes and continuously applying it to my credit report i do n't know what to do about this i contacted the - housing authority but they said they apartments were demolished years ago an they do n't keep those files any more its not them looking for those payments but the collection agency is please help
