I opened a PNC Bank account 5 months ago with a promotional offer for a $300.00 credit to my account after certain requirements were met. I did meet all of these requirements and still have not received this credit. I contacted PNC Bank and have spent over - hours of my time on - different phone calls with PNC Customer Service and on - -, 2015 I was advised that this credit would appear on my account on - -. It has been 20 days since then and the credit has not appeared. Additionally on - -, 2015 I confirmed with PNC Customer Service that all of the requirements were met for this promotion and that they even confirmed this with their back-office retail escalation dept '' that everything was set and the credit would appear. I just this afternoon spend - additional hours on the telephone with PNC Bank only to be told that they will file a dispute '' and will get back to me in 30 days. This is ludicrous and upsetting that a large bank does not honor their commitments and I would appreciate the assistance of the CFPB to work with me to contact PNC Bank.
