GE Capital Retail Credit card department,
Synchrony Bank ( PayPal Credit ) did not post payment, then charged me a late fee of $25.00, so I 'm missing a total of $50.00. I closed the account and paid what I thought I owed. Calling the company, all I got was an automated response unit ( - ),. It said to send proof of payment to - FL, which I did, nothing, no response, now they tell me I owe them $25.00 or will incur another late fee. What happened was I used my bank ( - ) Bill Pay service with the account # type on the e-check. Someone then wrote their own account # on the bottom of the check. I have a copy.
