U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I am a victim of identity theft and someone stole my US Bank Visa credit card and made fraudulent charges on my credit card account. I have sent numerous letters, police reports and copies of my personal identification to US Bank and informed them someone stole my US Bank Vise credit card and made fraudulent charges on my credit card account. US Bank informed me that I am responsible for the fraudulent charges. US Bank is violating the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. I wo n't send any further correspondence to US Bank in reference to this matter.
