The payroll dept sent me an e-mail stating in - weeks - - - was going to start a wage garnishment from my payroll? I had no clue what she was talking about? I never received anything from them? No paper work no letters NOTHING!! They already took out the first payment of $300.00 which she stated they requested every two weeks. I do n't have money for an attorney so I do n't know how to stop this? I have tried calling several times with no results. I mailed a letter to them with no results? If they continue with this garnishment I will not be able to pay for my car payment then I will be out if a job! How can companies like this purchase old debt and immediately start a wage garnishment. I am more than will to pay any old debt but not in this manner. I live from pay check to pay check. Half of my income goes straight to pay the rent on my apartment. Please help!!! I also noted they have my address that I lived at - years ago
