portfolio recovery is now also misreporting on my credit file as the original lender of the account which is 100 % untrue as - is the original lender. the credit report also states that they took ownership of the account starting in - 2015 when the account was assigned to them in - of 2015. they have claimed to be the original collector to many individuals and I am - of those victims. I have proof of this misreporting from my report which I will attach. They report to the bureaus - per month to confuse the FICO system ( which is used in 90 % of all financial decisions and the only score and report that actually matters as we know - about who the lender is and to get it to stay on the report for seven years instead of the original date of delinquency. i have confirmed the error on my report as well as directly with the representative that they do claim original lender with a date of original default in - 2015. the error is still there right now and must be by law, deleted, not adjusted as this is misreporting information and I was turned down for a loan based on having a recent date of original delinquency.
