, - -, Il, -, entity number is -, and the address in Delaware is -, according to the CA Secretary of States - -. So, this company is a customer of the prepaid city payroll. I am not speaking about other Sears, but only what happened to me, that since I was added to their account, and the management kept it a secret, they had also all the powers to control it, spend it and so on.
