My issue is really trying to collect a refund that they owe. I agreed to repay my debt back and made all payments. My very last payment that was deducted out of my bank account on -/-/15 was $150.00 extra. They have only refunded me $20.00 to day. I am still waiting for my remaining $130.00. Each time I call Midland Credit Management MCM I am routed to a call center in -. They use fake American names and they have access to all of my personal information including my bank account, social security number, address etc. I am getting the run around trying to collect my refund and can not speak to anyone who can help me. I am very frustrated and angry as I kept to my agreement, plus I am really upset how they just released my personal information to just any one in - without my permission. Please help me get my refund back,
