Residential Credit Solution ( RCS ), a mortgage servicer, placed forced-placed insurance on my property. I do not have a mortgage or loan with this company ; they have no standing to place any type of insurance on my property. The rule on Force-Placed Hazard Insurance became a final rule effective - -, - ( H.R.4173, the Wall Street reform bill entitled, Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act '' ). Section 1024.37 entitled Forced-Placed Insurance '' - prohibit a servicer from purchasing force-placed insurance if the escrow account contains insufficient funds to pay for the borrower 's hazard insurance. RCS sent me a letter dated - -, - with a copy of the evidence of insurance stating coverage begins -/-/-. None of the forced-placed requirements were followed. Again, I state, RCS has no standing, I have no mortgage or loan with this company. My original lender was - - - - and I have a Release of Lien filed in the - County Clerk 's office dated - -, -. - has caused fraud of title, fraud of credit, and fraud of trespass of title.
