I 've been a member of Suntrust Bank for over 15 years. I have a checking account with the bank and I recently had several overdraft fees on my account. I reached out to the Customer Service Department about removing some of the fees and they stated since I have been a long time customer and since I have a direct deposit that the fees can be removed. And the conversation that took place - -, 2015 the representative stated that I would see the refund posted back in my account within 24hrs. I never got any refunds. I made another call to the bank and got transfer from - representative to another and that was it.
