I closed my bank account at PNC branch in - and was told that there was a pending transaction left that I could not close my account. The following day - - 2015 I was told the transaction was reversed and the account was closed. On - - I received a letter dated - - stating that my account which was closed was overdrawn. I called PNC was on hold for over an hour and transferred - - different people saying that PNC had reopened the account for some unknown reason. I was told that I preauthorized the transaction which I did not, was told that it was a reoccurring charge which it was not.
