Received a call from a - phone number before -, -. I picked up phone on fourth ring, and the phone calling hung up. I recalled them after -, and complained, would not give me IID of person that called. Said they were sorry, and put supervisor on, again no ID provided. He stated that he in in Jared Jewelers corporate office in Ohio, and further stated it is the same time zone as -, -. I stated that it was - I called the - number and reach him. He stated well the towers are different and he ca n't be responsible for what tower was used and stated again he was in Ohio. He wanted to speak about my payment. I told him I ca n't pay till after the first when my VA - check arrives. He wanted post date checks or my bank account. I refused and hung up.
