GE Capital Retail Credit card department,
Applied for Synchrony Bank Gapcard on - -, 2013 and was approved. Synchrony hardpulled my credit on that same date. It has been more than two years since then, and by law, this inquiry should be removed from my credit report. After looking yesterday, it was still on. I called yesterday and this has still not been done.
