I have tried contacting Pinnacle Credit Services LLC for the past year and a half to verify a debt that has been reported on my credit report and have not received anything in writing. Whenever I dispute the items on my credit report, they come back 3 months later and report back again. They hired another company that has been calling me and unable to verify the debt either. Apparently this so called debt has been in existence for 8 years which has already passed the statue of limitation for them to collect. The credit reports are also still reporting it even when I have disputed this item numerous times. Please help. This organization is in violation and they are ruining my credit.
