Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone Florida

I am applying for a home loan and closing next Friday. I just found out that a current dispute I have has caused a delay in closing, so I called all three credit bureaus to CANCEL my dispute, and Transunion is the only - giving me a problem. First, I do n't understand why this could n't be done over the phone ( as the other companies had no problem with that ) but that is not the worst part. The worst part is I FA-ED my request over on Wednesday, - -. I called on Thursday, - - only to confirm that my fax was received. The woman I spoke with would NOT confirm receipt of my fax. She told me I had to wait five days to call back and get status. After telling her several times I understand it takes five days to review but I 'm not trying to get status of review, I only want to confirm that my fax was RECEIVED, not that it has been REVIEWED ''. She still insisted that I had to wait five days for my confirmation. I told her - times that this was ridiculous and I wanted to speak to a supervisor. She would only put me on hold and come back to tell me that SHE spoke with the supervisor and confirmed I have to wait five days. This is the most ridiculous thing I 've ever heard. What if I wait five days just to get confirmation that my fax was not received. Then I have to fax it again and wait another five days just to confirm receipt. I really do n't think the lady I spoke with understood the difference between review and receipt and I do n't appreciate her ignoring my - requests to speak with a supervisor. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
