This complaint is against the company Midland Credit managment Inc. ( MCM ) - - - - - - - - CA -. ( Reference - - # - and MCM Act # - ). I sent a letter to MCM concerning the above reference account which stated This letter is to inform you that the above referenced account is being inaccurately reported to - and -. And, to request that you correct the errors by reporting the following accurate information : Date of Last Payment : -/-/2008 ( payment confirmation number - ) Copy Enclosed and Date of - Delinquency : -/-/2008. To which I received the standard MCM response of you did not provide sufficient information '' and we deny that our records are inaccurate ''. ( The same response I received on my Tribute account ( see CFPB Case number : - ) I believe that Midland Credit Managment Re-Ages the debts they purchase so that they stay on the consumers credit reports longer than allowed by FCRA. Attempts to confirm information with MCM is to no avail as this is the only response I can get from them and they will NOT provide documentation.
