I opened an account with - and applied for there - CARD which is essentially with Syncrony Bank ( GE Capital ). A few months ago I purchased a cell phone from - and had nothing but issues with it, Returned it under - 's no questions asked policy. Due to poor communication the return became a dispute, immediately afterwards within a day I notice my available credit is reduced by syncrony, and found others have similar experiences of having there credit reduced or accounts closed for simply excercising - 's return policy. I had always paid on time, and often paid 30 % or more of the balance. Never paid late. Yet the action taken by syncrony has damaged my credit rating and all I did was pay on time. I have paid off my balance and want them to reverse the previous limit reduction, and then close my account so that my credit score is restored to what it should be.
