Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer New Jersey
Citibank fails to issue me a statement when I ask. They can not tell me how much my payments are nor can they tell me my balance or interest. My mother cosigned and filed for bankruptcy. However I have made payments continuously and on time to satisfy my loan. Citibank REFUSES to issue me a statement monthly or answer my questions when I call blaming it on my mother. I want to pay off my loan honestly, but Citibank REFUSES to cooperate overtime I call for a statement. I have NO IDEA what my payments go to whether its interest or principal. I am asking for your assistance as Citibank has been UNCOOPERATIVE in assisting me. Thank You, - -
