Money order Lost or stolen money order Delaware
Purchased a money order to pay my rent. Landlord returned money order stamped REFER TO MAKER ''. Contacted Western Union who stated that money order was cashed. I sent paperwork to Western Union to have money order traced on -/-/2015. Have not heard anything from them.
