Portfolio recovery has contacted me several times a day on phone lines I 've told them there is no permission to contact me on for months. Each time I 've told them to submit everything in writing so i can verify who they are and possibly dispute the debt and each time in told they do n't need to. I 've told them to stop calling and I 'll receive another call right after on another line. There was a time they called every hour..
