Have been requesting a release on a Deed of Trust that was paid off on -/-/-. I was told to email which I did on -/-/- to --. I received to response back. I called on -/-/- and spoke with someone named - at -. Told me he would get back to me by the end of the day but never did. I called again on - and he told me that we needed to send in the form to close out the account which I sent faxed in on -/-/-. I have not been able to still get this released!
