Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Michigan

I have a geniesis loan I did not recieve a decrease on this loan I talked to geniesis they said I do not qualify for it. Then I found Out that they sold my loan and its called - and geniesis is just servicing the loan. - MI -
