Lowes credit card, serviced by Synchrony Bank, is taking 7- 14 days for an online payment to clear if the payment exceeds $500.00. Is this a maneuver to attempt to have payments posted as overdue because of the extended time for an online payment to clear? Does the law limit this action which does not seem to serve the consumer? Visa posts in 24 hours. Please advise.
