Credit monitoring or identity protection Problem with fraud alerts New York

Dear CFPB, I am having a problem with accessing my credit. I 've applied for - ( - ) credit cards from -. In - 2015, I was denied and the reasons for their decision was credit bureau information missing or unavailable. I made a complaint to Transunion and they gave a response that was somewhat satisfactory. They explained that a initial fraud alert was placed on - - 's credit file. I then resubmitted the same application a month later and was denied for the same reason. I spoke with a supervision in the application dept. on -/-/15 at approx. - and it was suggested to me to contact the CRA and get the initial fraud alert removed because they are not able to see items in - - 'S credit file.
