Lender has had a complete short sale application for 30 days. The file was forwarded to a negotiator on the - of - and the representative has not reviewed the file. According to the short sale department, an internal team audited the file and the negotiator was supposed to have a decision by - -. There is still no decision on the offer. The negotiator is re-running the HAFA tool after it already being established with the processor that HAFA does not apply because the property is vacant. The negotiator does not call me back or respond to my emails. I have escalated the file with the supervisor for the - time and was supposed to get a response from the negotiator by -. The negotiator emailed me on - stating she needed more time and should have an update by Thursday -. It is past close of business on Thursday and there is still no update.
