My sister was murdered on -/-/2015. I called PNC mortgage to file a claim on her mortgage insurance. They denied me that right stating they ca n't release privacy information to protect her identity. Since she 's dead there is no identity to protect. I informed them it was illegal to deny me the right to file a claim in a nutshell they said they did n't care.
