First Advantage conducted a criminal background check on me and rendered results that included false, inaccurate, incorrect and imcomplete information. I have had to dispute this issue with First Advantage several times to have the errorneous information removed. First Advantage is a violator of the FCRA. First Advantage removed/deleted the errorneous information in - -, reinserted the errorneous information in - -, reinserted the errorneous information in - of - and removed the errorneous information again in - -. Recently, - - First Advantage reinserted the incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate infromation again causing me to be denied employment. Please see attached : the attached case - shows where the case was DISMISSED and I was never charged nor incarcerated, First Advantage has failed and neglected to include this pertinent information in the background screening and DISSIMENATED this inaccurate, incorrect, incomplete information to third parties.
