Capital One Auto Finance refuses to correspond with me and the amount they tell me I owe when I call them is much higher than the amount they are reporting to the credit reporting agencies. They have even verified the lower amount after I disputed with the credit reporting agencies. They also have incorrect dates on my credit reports that do n't even match their own court documents that I was recently able to obtain. I have no way of knowing how they have come up with the figure they give me on the phone or the figure they are reporting to the credit reporting agencies.
