The last correspondence I sent Pinnacle dated -/-/2014 ( see attached ) pertained to a demand for validation, which they ignored and failed to provide me validation of the account and at the same time persevered with reporting the account on my credit report as a valid account. I sent this company another demand letter dated -/-/2014 ( see attached ) which they ignored again. This is a blatant violation of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA Sec 809 ).
