GE Capital Retail Credit Card Complaint

GE Capital Retail Credit card department,

Credit line increase/decrease Mississippi

The credit card company with J C Penny ran a credit check without my consent. As a result my credit line was reduced. I pay this company every month with no late fees and on time. I have been a loyal customer with this company for years. I considered this to be an unfair act toward myself. Please help in resolving this matter. Thank You.
