I am deluged by credit card offers from Capital One. This unwanted junk mail is a source of great irritation and needless inconvenience as I have to shred the unwanted solicitation. And this continues despite having requested the Credit Bureaus and Capital One to have my name removed from such solicitations. I would like CFPB to impose harsh penalties on such banks who refuse to comply with customer requests to cease soliciation
