Credit monitoring or identity protection Problem with fraud alerts Florida
This complaint is of a general nature and impacts others, not just myself. On -/-/-/2015 I attempted to place a security freeze with the - credit bureaus, - - and Transunion. With - and - I found the process straightforward and simple. Transunion on the other hand required me to open an account with them in order to place, manage or remove the freeze. With the abundance of accounts and their various insecurities I balked at creating yet another account. Is there any way to advise Transunion that their method only adds to the concerns of users rather that eases them.
