Specialized Loan Servicing reaffirmed our - mortgage as we entered into Chapter - bankruptcy in -/-/-. We made ALL payments required during that time outside of Chapter -. When our Chapter - was concluded and discharged in -/-/-, they showed me as discharged in Chapter - with a zero balance, although I still owe $27000.00 and continue to make monthly payments as of this very day. They continue to report each month that I am charged off and have a zero balance, although I pay each and every month on time.
