I requested debt validation per Texas Finance Code Section 392.202 which requires a debt collection agencyor credit bureau to provide the alleged debtor with specific information concerning their debt. They received by request via certified mail on - and as of today, -, I have not received any response from them. According to Texas Finance Code 392.202 ( b ) ( 2 ) the this debt collector had - days to respond to my request and they have failed to do so.
