Wells Fargo Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Florida

I have a substantial amount of student debt, upwards of - in Federal loans and another - in Private student loans through wells fargo. I called Wells fargo and explained my situation and the fact I only make - a year.. so essentialy the amount they are asking for me to pay monthly would cause a hardship for me and not allow me to save any money in case of an emergency or move up in life IE. Buy a house, have a family. After Wells Fargo had me submit all of my paperwork for the hardhsip they recently contacted me that I was not approved for the hardship request and that I would have to continue to make the payments they demand. Wells fargo is soo unwilling to help students like myself who feel trapped by the burden of having such large payments due on a month to month basis. I essentially feel enslaved by this. Please help me lower my student payments at least to the levels of federal loans where the payment is more manageable. Also the high interest rates on Wells fargo loans are upwards of 10 percent which only causes a never ending cycle of debt for student like myself. It makes me wish I could return my degree given that I am not currently working in the field I studied. Please help!!!
